OIL TASTING

Trevi (known as the Citta’ dell’Olio) and the surrounding area produces arguably some of the finest olive oil in Italy. The harvest takes place at the end of October/early November at which time you can visit the oil producers and taste the first cold pressed oil. Throughout the year, however, one can enjoy tastings and take home a little taste of Umbria!
